A possible third party data breach has caused several larged retailers to shut down their online photo-printing services.

Walmart Canada, Costco, and Sam’s Club are just a few retailers who use Staples-owned, PNI Digital Media, to run their online photo services.

Staples released a statement saying Vancouver based PNI is currently investigating a possible credit card security issue. They also noted that the problem at the third-party service does not affect the retailers websites.

If you are currently a photocentre customer you must monitor your credit card transactions often.
