HBO executives are doing damage control once again this morning as more information from season 7 of their hit show Game of Thrones has leaked online.
The hackers responsible for last weeks attack on HBO have released a new batch of documents that reveal the script for the upcoming 5th episode of Game of Thrones (S07E05).
Along with Game of Thrones spoilers, the new leak also included a previously sent ransom letter to HBO, marketing plans, and a trove of other confidential HBO files.
In the letter sent to HBO, a hacker by the name of Mr.Smith takes credit for executing the attack with his team, and demands money in return for the 1.5 terabytes of information they got away with.
Since demands by Mr.Smith have not been met, this is the second time in under a week that critical HBO information and spoilers have been leaked.
While the hackers did released a ton of damaging information, this did not include the actual copy of Game of Thrones S07E05. The fourth GOT episode that leaked last week, was unrelated to the hack.
EverydayElectronics is keeping a close eye on the situation and will release any updates as they come in.
